In opening and using this website, you agree to the following conditions (the Terms).


The term Kulterra used in these terms refers to the Kulterra Association For The Promotion of Arts, headquartered in Bucharest, District 1, 104 – 106 Stirbei Voda Street, Tax ID 45041485.


Kulterra is the organizer of the International Art Market of Bucharest (MoBu). 


Terms and Conditions. 


With the exception of content uploaded to the website by third parties, the entire content of the website and the software used for this is owned by Kulterra or its partners and customers, or they have the exclusive right of use thereof. These contents are protected by copyright, industrial property rights and other intellectual property legislation.


2. It is permitted to download or print out individual pages and/or individual areas of this website insofar as neither the copyright notices nor other legally protected designations are removed and the pages or areas are not used for commercial purposes. If content is downloaded from this website or reproduced in any other manner, all rights shall remain with Kulterra.


3. The data protection provisions of the Privacy Policy published on this website apply for personal data or content containing personal data. By opening and using this website you also agree with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and deemed a part of these Terms. The same rules that apply regarding changes and revisions of these Terms also apply to changes and revisions of the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, you may stop using the website.

6. Kulterra is not liable for damages suffered by the user as a result of using or the impossibility of using this website, or as a result of the user having used or relied on this website or on the contents made available on it.


7. The content of this website can be changed at any time without notice. Kulterra additionally does not assume any liability or responsibility for losses suffered in conjunction with viruses that have attacked computer systems or other property of users after they have used, called up or downloaded contents of this website. In addition, Kulterra is entitled to use ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in a message sent to the website by the user for any purpose whatsoever, and in particular for the development, manufacture and marketing of products with the aid of such information.


Online ticket purchase. 


10. Kulterra sells tickets online through a third party online payment service. Placement of orders for purchasing tickets online will be done in accordance with the terms and conditions of the payment service provider. Tickets purchased online will be sent as a document attached to an email. Please make sure you provide the correct details in order to receive your ticket. Access to the MoBU will be based on the ticket, accompanied by an identity document. The ticket is not transferable. Each ticket has a unique barcode, which is scanned upon entering the exhibition hall.


11. Prices specified online are valid for all orders. Prices include value added tax (VAT). The total cost incurred will be displayed in the order overview before the payment is completed.


12. Except where buyers exercise their right to refunds in accordance with the applicable consumer protection laws, the ticket price is non-refundable. The value of the purchased tickets will be returned to the buyers if MoBU cannot be organized due to the exclusive fault of Kulterra. Order processing fees and other bank fees associated with payment are not refundable.

13. Interested persons may rent display booths during MoBU, subject to fulfilling the admission procedure and to accepting the terms and conditions of participation provided by Kulterra. 


Applicable law and jurisdiction. 


14. These Terms will be interpreted solely in accordance with the laws of Romania. You agree that the exclusive venue for any action or proceeding arising out of relating to your use of this website or these Terms will be the courts of Bucharest, Romania. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights to rely on the mandatory consumer protection provisions contained in the law of your country of residence.

Kulterra reserves the right to modify or correct these Terns of use at any time, without notice.
