I am a visual artist working primarily with oil paint and oil pastels. Having completed Visual Arts as part of the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme, culminating in its final exhibition assessment, my practice reflects both structured study and personal exploration. I grew up surrounded by art — at home and through many relatives who are active in the art world — which shaped my intuitive connection to image-making from an early age. I create because painting has always been the place where emotion settles. In my highest moments — whether joy or heaviness — it is the language I return to. I am drawn to water, light, and quiet natural forms, searching for a balance between beauty and stillness. Painting allows me to feel deeply present, yet gently removed from the noise of the world. Through it, I try to hold something fleeting and give it shape.
